Oprah Winfrey has regained her crown as America’s favorite television personality, according to the latest Harris Poll rankings. Oprah held the title in 1998, 2000, 2002-06. Jay Leno (No. 1 last year) and David Letterman dropped, while Glenn Beck shot to No. 2 from nowhere.
