The spooky, bald Observers take center stage in this week’s highly-anticipated episode of “Fringe,” entitled “August.” FOX has put the first two-and-a-half minutes online. To set the mood, “Observers” in Atlanta, Boston (where the show is set), Chicago, LA, and New York are handing out tabasco sauce.
