Congratulations to Ellen DeGeneres for receiving the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor Monday night at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington.
I’ve never read Mark Twain. But to be fair, he’s never seen my HBO specials.”
Michael Jackson’s kid is a charmer.
Thirteen-year-old Paris Jackson sat down with Ellen Degeneres on Wednesday, talking about her life and acting ambitions. She was captivating, poised… dare we say it, normal.
Paris has been cast in a film based on a new children’s book, “Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys,” which is in early stages of development. We wish her well.

Put down those camcorders, kids. FOX has found their fourth judge to replace Paula Abdul. Sounds about right… Female, friendly, famous. I never stood a chance…. (sigh).
“I’m thrilled to be the new judge on AMERICAN IDOL,” said DeGeneres. ”I’ve watched since the beginning, and I’ve always been a huge fan. So getting this job is a dream come true, and think of all the money I’ll save from not having to text in my vote.”
The new season hits the tube January 2010.
