Tiger Woods has been spotted — topless, on the cover of Vanity Fair. Celebrity photog Anne Leibovitz did the shoot before the golfer’s sex scandal broke. “Tiger is an intensely competitive athlete – and quite serious about his sport. I wanted to reveal that in these photos,” Leibovitz said.
