This is probably totally leaked and will be taken down in hours (or minutes) so watch it now.
This movie could be really awesome or terrible. I’m still undecided.

Robert Kirkman, the Rocky Balboa of comic book creators, started with nothing but a self-published comic called ‘The Walking Dead.’ A traditional Zombie tale, the comic has literally crawled from the grave of obscurity to thriving as one of the most popular independent comic books ever created. So popular in fact that it’s currently in the process of transitioning to a highly anticipated AMC original television mini-series which debuts in October.

Kirkman’s latest endeavor is the creation of Skybound, an imprint of Image Comics which he serves as Chief Operating Officer. The announcement was made at this past weekends Comic-Con International in San Diego, CA, which was received by immense applause and anticipation.

The first title to be released by the emerging comic book publisher is ‘Witch Doctor,’ a series created by writer Brandon Seifert and artist Lukas Ketnet. Both are unknowns in the comic book realm but thanks to the Internet, Kirkman discovered them by accident. Skybound’s ultimate objective is to find the very best in independent comic book content, adopting the same priority that Image has upheld for years.

Before any aspiring comic book creator (myself included) gets too excited about another shot at getting published, Skybound is starting off very small as Kirkman plans to take a very active role in production of the highly selective books (2 or 3 titles per year) that will earn the Skybound seal.
om

Well, it came about because I just thought it was time to remind the world of the greatest character in TV history. The original concept was, you know, actors are always trying to run away from characters they’ve had in their past. Well, I wanted to do the video that was the exact opposite.

Marsha Thomason, the British actress who captivated us in “Las Vegas” and “Lost” and now plays Special Agent Diana Lancing on “White Collar,” tweeted the other day: “Angelina is a badass! I want to be an action hero too!” From what I’ve seen, Thomason has some pretty impressive action moves herself. On a recent episode that had Lancing going undercover to play a call girl, she showed plenty of spunk and skill in putting away the bad guy. No offense to “Alias” wannabe Piper Perabo on “Covert Affairs,” but Thomason would make a more compelling female lead. Diana Lancing is dynamic and different, exotic-looking and, if you’ve been paying attention, gay, which is becoming less and less a big deal every day.

Hey USA Network, the home of Characters Welcome, let’s give Special Agent Lancing a spinoff.

Comic-Con is over but the nerd bait keeps coming in. See Blake Lively as Carol Ferris, Mark Strong as Sinestro, Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, and Peter Sarsgaard as Hector Hammond.
Check out the larger versions of each character after the jump.

Wild child. Teenage spitfire. Taylor Momsen is all over the place these days. The 16-year-old “Gossip Girl” star and lead singer for The Pretty Reckless has been making fashion and beauty news. First, she won a high-profile campaign as the face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes’ teen fashion line, Material Girl, which launches in the U.S. next month. Next, she was named as the face of John Galliano’s new fragrance, set to launch this fall. Momsen also fired her stylist because she was unhappy with the squeaky-clean look they had been developing. She told MTV that she dresses for herself, rather than to be provocative, and likens choosing her clothes to dressing her doll collection.

I do myself up kind of like a doll. I have a doll collection and I look at their outfits and kind of imitate them.

Momsen is overshadowing TV castmates Blake Lively and Leighton Meister, but maybe not in a good way. Media watchers are predicting that she could be following in the high heels of jailbird Lindsay Lohan. Not that Momsen, who smokes, swears and carries a switchblade, seems to care. She’s just doing her thing… like crawling half-naked across a a table set up to look like DaVinci’s The Last Supper painting in her latest music video.
