I wasn’t surprised that the graphics were so good since it is from the producers of 300. I am renting it from Blockbuster in a little while, and I can’t wait to see it in HD! I normally would have waited until it was sent to me in the mail using Blockbuster @Home, but since I have a real interest in Greek mythology, and have been itching to see this one. I really like having Blockbuster @Home because with DVDs and Blu-Rays, I get streaming to my laptop, TV and iPad in places like the library or at DISH where I work. I wonder if they will create a sequel since they left the movie with the son of Theseus….

It lives, breathes. I played a couple songs for my mom, who at forty years older than I, generally criticizes my music taste, and the first thing she said was “Wow, this girl really knows how to write a story–those songs are beautiful.”

Goddamn Hulu doesnt open all the videos. Where i live i pay cable too, in order to watch Saturday Night Live. I dont think i should worry that much anyway, i’m sure Hulu is working very hard obtaining the so called ”international streaming rights”.

Anyway, the Jeff montgomery skit is just genius.

I like Elite Squad better than the sequel. There were some ideas in the second film that I’m sure they’ve taken from the first, especially the beginning, but the director probably said, if it’s not broken then don’t change it. I loved the brutality of the first film. It’s more toned down in the second but I think the first film focused more on the action and the sequel on the story. But nevertheless, they both are great films.Add movie showtimes to iGoogle
