Wonder if they will be able to hear it on Jupiter?

A new will.i.am’s song called “Reach for the Stars” is making its debut Tuesday from space. NASA plans to broadcast the tune from its Curiosity rover, which recently landed on the surface of Mars.

Though Curiosity has no speakers, it will transmit the song — about the Black-Eyed Peas singer’s passion for science, technology and space exploration — via radio waves back to Earth to be received at 1 p.m. PT (4 p.m. ET) during an educational event at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif.
