FOX has announced that they’ve made a “pilot commitment” for J.J. Abrams to produce “Alcatraz.” As with most J.J. properties, little is known about the show except that it will be “A show about mysteries, secrets and the most infamous prison of all time: Alcatraz.”

The show will be executive produced by Elizabeth Sarnoff (LOST) who also wrote the pilot. Feel free to speculate…
