When: Sunday, 6 p.m. ET (Kickoff set for 6:28). CBS (Jim Nantz and Phil Simms.) Expected TV audience is 100 million.

Who: Indianapolis Colts vs. New Orleans Saints. Colts, led by star QB Peyton Manning, are 4-point favorites. Who Dat Saints, playing their first Super Bowl, are the sentimental choice.

Where: SunLife Stadium, Miami (record 10th time game has been played in South Florida). Colts won last time game was in Miami, three years ago.

Music: Queen Latifah (America the Beautiful); Carrie Underwood (National Anthem); The Who (halftime).

Ads: Cost $2.5-3 million for 30 seconds. Budweiser has the most time, Pepsi is missing. Tim Tebow’s pro-life ad for Focus on Family is the most controversial. Expect the usual zaniness, plenty of animals, the Clydesdales, a killer whale, the E-Trade talking baby and Danica Patrick trying to be sexy.

Food: Super Sunday is the second-largest day for food consumption after Thanksgiving. We’ll eat 14,000 tons of potato chips, among loads of other junk. Regional choices: fried pork loin sandwich (Indianapolis); seafood gumbo (New Orleans). Antacid sales traditionally rise 20 percent the day after.

Pregame: Start with Sports Reporters (featuring Mike Lupica and Mitch Albom) at 8:30 a.m. ET on ESPN. CBS has four-hour pregame, starting at 2 p.m.

Postgame show: Instead of showcasing one of its existing shows, CBS, the top-rated network, is debuting new buzzworthy reality show “Undercover Boss, ” in which CEOs from existing companies go undercover to see how their companies really work. Should start around 10:45 p.m.

Did you know: Teams leading at halftime are 33-8 (two games were tied)… There has never been a Super Bowl overtime.
