The Parents Television Council is asking CW affiliates to boycott next week’s hotly-anticipated “Gossip Girl” episode about a threesome. “Reckless and irresponsible,” the PTC says. Not fit for impressionable teens. Well, first of all, Serena and Blair and their friends are in college now, and there is a lot of sex going on in dorms across the country. Most of all, “Gossip Girl” is not a serious show about the real world. It’s entertainment, and one of the reasons we love it is because the characters are young and reckless. And we can’t wait to find out who’s making out with whom and whom.
