
“True Blood” and “Twilight” were the big winners as Spike TV’s “Scream 2009” handed out its awards Saturday night in Los Angeles. Scream honors the best in sci-fi, horror, fantasy and comic-inspired movies and TV shows. Keith Richards, George Romero and Stan Lee were also honored. “Scream 2009″ will be edited into a two-hour special set to air on Oct. 27.
