Premiere week is over and CBS — no surprise — remains King of the Tube. Led by the 1-2 punch of “NCIS” and “NCIS: Los Angeles” on Tuesday night, CBS had 11 of the top 20-rated shows. All three CSI shows also made the Top 20. ABC had seven shows, including newcomers “Modern Family” and “FlashForward.” NBC had No. 4 “Sunday Night Football” and Fox had No. 5 “House.” No. 15 “The Good Wife” (CBS) was the top-rated new show.
