Tina Fey did a perfect Sarah Palin on “Saturday Night Live.” Now Nicole Parker tries her take on the Republican Party’s Vice-Presidential nominee on “Mad TV” (Saturday, 11 p.m. Fox). Parker, who is in her sixth season on the show, has done Britney Spears, Ellen DeGeneres and Celine Dion.
