There are no Goths, but The Amazing Race will feature another diverse lineup — it includes a former NFL player and a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader — when it returns for its 13th installment Sept. 28 on CBS. Ken Greene, who played safety for the St. Louis Cardinals and the San Diego Chargers, is teamed up with his estranged wife in hopes of restarting their romance. Starr Spangler — she sounds like a cheerleader — is joined by her actor brother. The Race, a five-time Emmy winner, also includes Arizona State frat brothers (“Team Superbad”), long-haired married beekeepers and, of course, a pair of hot chicks in pink sweatsuits (Marisa Axelrod and Brooke Jackson, “The Southern Belles” from Columbia, S.C.)
