Forget Angelina Jolie. The new face — and body — of Lara Croft is Alison Carroll, a 23-year-old former British gymnast. Croft, who holds the Guinness world record for most successful human video game heroine, returns in “Tomb Raider: Underground,” which launches Nov. 21.
