“24″ will have a big-name bad guy this season. Jon Voight, 69, has been cast as the villain on the upcoming season of the Fox drama. Voight will make his first appearance during a two-hour “prequel” episode to air in November, and resurface in the second half of the regular season. The selection of Voight marks the first A-list villain casting on “24″ since Season 1 when Dennis Hopper appeared in the final episodes as Serbian nationalist Victor Drazen.
