“Juno” cleaned up at the Film Independent Spirit Awards. And rightly so. The surprise hit of the year won best feature, best female lead for Ellen Page, and best first screenplay for Diablo Cody. “The Savages” took best male lead for Phillip Seymour Hoffman and best screenplay for Tamara Jenkins.
