“The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” the eagerly-awaited Fox TV series which continues the “Terminator” movie franchise, will be paired with “24” on Monday nights. Series creator Josh Friedman told online sites that the series, which picks up in the aftermath of “Terminator 2” and pretends that the third “Terminator” film never happened, will debut Jan. 14, 2008. “24” returns on Jan. 13 with a two-hour premiere before taking its accustomed 9 p.m. time slot the following night. “Chronicles” features Lena Headey (“300”) in the Linda Hamilton role as mother of humanity’s eventual savior (Thomas Dekker).
